Quality We have worked with RLM contracts for a number of years on a variety of projects. Each time they have outdone themselves in all aspects. The team has been friendly, professional and courteous. We would have no hesitation in recommending RLM for works. They always have delivered for us on time and on budget, without compromising quality. 5 stars.

Completed Office Refurbishment I cannot express enough, how pleased we are with the works carried out by RLM Contracts. From the initial quotation to the finished project, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Every appointment was kept and the team were punctual. There was no mess at all and they carried out the works around a working office which was great organisation and cooperation. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future. Ian Dunne

Great job, highly recommend I’ve recently moved premises and was going to use the landlord’s contractors but needed a super professional finish as I run a very high end clinic and also needed a very quick turnaround. I’ve never previously needed to source any office partitioning so I didn’t know who to use. I asked a friend if he knew anyone and luckily he recommended RLM Contracts because they had previously done some partitioning for him. I rang the mobile number I was given and spoke to Ray. Straight away it was clear Ray knew what he was talking about. I arranged to meet Ray on site and he gave me his recommendations on what I should have done. He didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes by trying to sell me something I didn’t need. On the contrary he made some suggestions that actually saved me money on the job. The price quoted was excellent value for money, the quality of workmanship and finish was also excellent and I‘m now completely satisfied. I would highly recommend RLM, no doubt about it.

Professional team We recently used RLM for an internal office build and a repair to a suspended ceiling.
Ray and his team were professional, punctual and accommodating from day 1.
Work was completed quickly, with very little disruption and to a high standard. We will be using this team again for our future needs. Thank you guys

Construction and reconfiguration of new offices Fantastic workmanship and quick turnaround on extended our offices into some unused warehouse space. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anybody thinking of using RLM Contracts Ltd.

Brilliant company! We were moving offices in central Birmingham, Ray was brilliant in helping us to get all 3 phases done with no stress! RLM arranged to have our carpets taken up and removed with very little notice. The decorating was done to a very high standard and lovely new carpeting was then laid throughout. The whole process was managed professionally and nothing was too much bother, even when we threw a fair few curve balls at Ray and had silly timelines. I would recommend them as everyone I met was polite, professional and very grateful when I put the kettle on.

Happy Ceiling Lady! Extremely professional and helpful! Would highly recommend Ray and his team 👌

Excellent team of professional tradesmen could not fault. Worked within my limited budget and communicated each stage and finished leaving the premises transformed.
